One of the areas that HPN™ founder Cliff Harvey has been formative in is that of 'metabolic adaptation'. Metabolic adaptation is a fancy way of saying 'how the body uses different fuel types'. Very few courses available teach advanced nutrition concepts like ketogenesis and 'fat-adaptation'. These however are extenisvely covered in the HPN™ course.
Certification members continue to have access to the course material, even after they finish the course, and so it provides an avenue for continued learning and development.
The HPN™ nutrition certification is constantly growing, with new modules, papers, information and tools being added with each intake. And so it is consistently 'cutting-edge'. And as members have ongoing access they never miss out on what's going to be added in the future too!
All content is delivered online, so you can study at your own pace, in your own time and in your own way! But there are also small group workshops and hangouts for interaction, troubleshooting and enhanced learning opportunities. Cliff and Senior HPN™ members are also available to help in person and via the forums and members only groups.
One of the reasons HPN™ was set up is to help practitioners and coaches actually apply the concepts they have learned in college or by self-directed learning. When we surveyed people prior to developing the course actually 'doing' the work of being in practice was a major stumbling block for people. We aim to help people feel confident, and have the tools to practice and apply what they learn.
