![]() Why did you choose HPN? I had read a lot about the LCHF movement and after trying the lifestyle for myself I wanted to know more and wanted to learn from the best in the industry. What did you get out of the HPN course/ why would you recommend it others? I would recommend the course to others because it is a very thorough comprehensive course that delivers the material in an easy format to follow, it covers a lot of information and provides direction to explore innovative and fresh thinking. What was your background experience in nutrition? None apart from my own reading around nutrition from broscience to proven theories. What's does your ideal day off entail? Time with family catching up on fun stuff, relaxing and trying to fit in some sort of physical activity. What is your favourite way to nourish your body and what is your biggest food weakness? I don't have one specific way to nourish my body as I try to follow a whole, natural and unprocessed lifestyle for both me and my family. Although my biggest weakness is chocolate, the darker the better. What does your weekly fitness routine consist of? I try to fit in 3 or 4 weight sessions a week and a few functional fitness/body calisthenics/Zuu sessions at 'The Wall'. Favourite piece of nutritional advice? There is no one fits all approach to nutrition, experiment and monitor how your body responds then make small tweaks. |
