Why did you choose HPN?
I chose HPN because the information made sense to me as HFLC had worked for me in the past.
What did you get out of the HPN course/ why would you recommend it others?
I got detail - the reasons why HFLC works and how to tweek if for individuals to improve their results. I would recommend HPN for the support and knowledge the HPN team offer.
What was your background experience in nutrition?
I had no experience, I was a stay at home mother that just wants her own daughter to have the knowledge and skills not to struggle with health/weight as I have.
What are you up to now as a graduate of HPN?
I am here to guide those that want it.
What's does your ideal day off entail?
Riding my horse in the NZ Cowboy Challenge.
What is your favourite way to nourish your body and what is your biggest food weakness?
Favourite nourishment would be home made butter chicken loaded with silver beet on a bed of cauliflower rice. My biggest food weakness is baileys and mars bar cheesecake!
What does your weekly fitness routine consist of?
3 sessions HIIT, 2x 10km plus walks with my chocolate dog and riding horses at the weekend. Swimming if I get time.

"We feed our livestock on grain to fatten them but we never take them past their prime"
