How would you describe your philosophy about being fit and healthy?
I believe health must be at all levels of being; physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual level.
What’s your typical meal for:
First thing upon waking: A glass of warm water
Morning: A smoothie with leafy greens, nuts and fruits
Lunch: 1 cup of mixed vegetables salad, rice with dal, curry and yogurt
Dinner: 1 cup of salad greens, rice/roti with curry
Snacks or sweets: fruit and nuts
Do you have any daily tips and strategies you recommend your clients implement to keep them living a happy healthy life style?
